Certified Copy

The certified copy of the document only allows a natural or legal person to prove a right or quality by means of a document other than the original. In order to make a certified copy, i.e., a true copy of the original, the applicant must submit the original document to the notary public.

Writing bearing a certified date

The certified date is defined as the calendar date which specifies the moment from which the existence of a document under private signature can no longer be contested by third parties and which is considered by them to be the true date of that document.

Translation Apostille

Apostilled translation – the apostille is a square stamp affixed to official documents. It is a supplementary legalization of a document, necessary for it to be recognized in a Hague Convention country.
